DETMER - H RANGE
Introduction
DETMER-H Range is an acrylic homo-polymer range. It is a clear amber fluid at room temperature. Being a dispersant polymer, it provides good dispersancy and helps in preventing redisposition of suspended soils back onto surfaces. It provides added value to cleaning products that include anti-precipitation, crystal distortion, and particle suspension (anti-redeposition).

Prevents crystal growth, thus reducing the precipitation of carbon phosphates or silicates. This aids in washing even in hard water.

Maintains fabric whiteness/brightness over multiple wash cycles, as it disperses the precipitates and does not allow them to settle down on surface & fibers.

Helps in reducing the left over water spots on steel & glassware utensils upon cleaning.

Reduces inorganic filming and organic food soil deposition

Best used in medium to high alkaline formulations, as DETMER-HN has high solubility with caustic.

Being easily soluble in water it is recommended for using liquid formats.

Since it keeps the particles suspended in water bath it aids in easy rinsing of water post wash.

Unique Properties

Anti-encrustation
Detmer-HN will increase solubility of precipitating salts by the baseline. This reduces the precipitation of inorganic salts in water (carbonates, sulfates of Ca and Mg). These salts will otherwise deposit onto fabrics and give rise to encrustation and greying.

Anti-redeposition
Detmer-HN will keep insoluble or partly insoluble builders (such as zeolite or layered silicate) uniformly suspended in water thereby preventing them from settling on fabrics. Thus, preventing soil redeposition on clothes.

Dispersing properties
Detmer-HN is an excellent dispersant for previously caused protein-based stains on cloth. The polymer gets entrapped into crystal lattices, preventing the growth and facilitating breakage of the protein-based stain. This mini- mizes adherence of salts on surfaces and facilitates in eliminating the stain through rinsing.

Processing aids
Detmer-HN will bring binding properties by bringing together homogene-ous and non-dusty detergent particles. This is useful in various manufact- uring process especially tableting.

Anti-spotting
Detmer-HN increases the solubility of precipitated salts & keeps builders uniformly suspended during washing. It further helps in better cleaning of steel & glassware utensils by not letting water droplets settle on the surface. Thus helping in anti- spotting.
